Our menu is filled with “Maine Style” BBQ favorites – a combination of Texas and Carolina Style with a Tex Mex flare.

"I don’t just recommend them—I highly recommend them!!! Everything here is phenomenal! My personal favorite? The jalapeño cheddar sausage—hands down the BEST SAUSAGE EVER! The ribs are cooked to absolute perfection, the brisket is incredibly tender and flavorful, and the wings? Top notch! You get the idea—everything is killer! Oh, and do not skip the cornbread. Trust me. GET THE CORNBREAD!"
